My work is inspired by the water and light of the Pacific Northwest. Living near Puget Sound, I am drawn to shifting tides, quiet mornings, and the feeling of movement within stillness. Those moods guide every piece I create.
I work on wood panels using acrylic paint, layered resin, and mixed materials such as glass, crushed stone, and reflective elements. I love how resin allows light to move through the surface rather than sit on top of it. As layers build, depth begins to form naturally.
My process is both intentional and intuitive. I guide the flow, but I also allow the materials to move and settle in their own way. There is a balance between control and surrender. Sometimes the most beautiful details are the unexpected ones.
Texture grounds the work. Light brings it alive. Subtle sparkle and reflection shift as you move around the piece, creating a quiet sense of motion.
Each artwork becomes a layered conversation between structure and freedom, calm and energy, transparency and depth.
